Eva Harris, a North Carolina native, has been the President & COO of Conner Construction Corp. since she started it in 1996. Ms. Harris has over 30 years of experience in construction. Her background working for the NC Department of Transportation, JA Jones, and RFW, has given her drive and dedication in all aspects of the business to include consultation, design, and estimation. Ms. Harris is extremely knowledgeable on code compliance and aquatic modernization. She truly enjoys assisting clients in finding the most beneficial and innovative solutions tailored to clients specific needs.

Ann is a Brooklyn, NY lady who has an appreciation for most things Southern:  Cheering for Carolina Panthers and watching NASCAR.

Originally working for Cannon Mills in Manhattan as an account manager, Ann transferred to Kannapolis in 1995.  This is her second tenure with Conner Construction.  Skills from owning and running a successful wine and entertainment venue serve her well here.  Attention to the details in every aspect of project management and open communication makes her a vital part of every project's success.

An active member of her church and an animal lover, Ann enjoys a very busy life outside of the office.  

John Smith, a New Jersey transplant, has been the service manager at Conner Construction since 2006.  As a hands-on service professional he is capable of finding solutions to the varied equipment challenges found in our industry.  He has over twenty years experience in the pool and spa industry and is experienced in both residential and commercial pool and spa equipment repair.  John tries to find solutions that are financially responsible and in the best interest of our customers.  His integrity has created a very loyal customer base that increases consistently through referrals.

For recreation, John enjoys time on Lake Norman and socializing with friends and family.  He has been very involved with local youth baseball; coaching in Huntersville for the past five years.  He and his family are very happy to have found a home here in North Carolina, and with Conner Construction.
